Can We Harness the Power of Artificial Intelligence for Good Without Opening Pandora’s Box? 
In this presentation we will cover what exactly “AI” is, how it is currently being used, and what the possibilities could be for a future with AI.
Can AI technology be used for nefarious purposes? YES! There are “Bad Actors” already impacting such areas as national security, infrastructure vulnerability, voting systems, banking-economic sectors, media, and much more. We will take a look at the UN Global Digital Compact, the World Economic Forum, EU, NATO and others to determine what the geopolitical implications of AI may be.  Other points we will consider are:
• The Regulation, Oversight & Governance of AI technology (current developments) – On a national level and in the state of Texas.
• The rapid development of “AI Data Centers” in Texas. Who’s funding them and where are they being constructed?
• Philosophical & ethical considerations of AI technology to include discussion of “Transhumanism”.
